The waiting time was atrocious, the atmosphere inside the clinic felt like a marketplace, and the director looked tired throughout the consultation. On top of that, it was extremely uncomfortable that they only highlighted the patient's shortcomings. I was going to pay with my own money to have surgery, but it felt like I just went there to get scolded. The consultant was like a robot. She only answered exactly what I asked. She also casually said that even on the day of surgery, if the previous patient's surgery runs late, I may have to wait. Then they should reduce the number of surgeries they do per day. I don't even know whether the director would properly check the follow-up. It seemed like business was going extremely well, and there will be plenty of people to have surgery even without me, so I dropped out..
