I had a consultation today, and first of all, the price they quoted was 1 million won higher than the others... I visited 4 places, and all 4 recommended eye correction, but this was the only one that recommended a non-incisional method. And they said their inner corner surgery uses their own special know-how(?) and is done while looking through a microscope, so there is basically almost no surgical scar. I am very torn, but the consultation itself was good.
