This was a place I was introduced to personally, and it was really bad... Not even worth talking about the doctor's friendliness. They sighed while consulting me as if I were being difficult, and as a patient, it's only natural to ask questions when you don't know, especially when this is a second revision surgery. They kept telling me to look in the mirror, like, "Look at the mirror, the mirror," and scolded me during the consultation. It was honestly the first time I'd ever been treated like that, lol, to the point that I laughed in disbelief.. How can I trust someone who consults like that and then lie down on the operating table? Haha.. I went with a reservation, but there was no reservation on file, and the desk staff, while I can understand that she had recently had nose surgery, was too busy looking at her own face to even properly see the customer off. It seems like they kept changing the name too, so I won't trust it.
