Revision Rhinoplasty

I have suffered from rhinitis my whole life, so breathing was difficult. It was really extremely hard when I was in school and in the military, so after I became an adult, in 2012, I had cosmetic rhinoplasty and functional nasal surgery together at an ENT clinic in Seoul where an acquaintance had gotten good results. My breathing improved, but the columella became crooked and my nostrils were uneven. When viewed from below, it honestly looked so deformed and monster-like, as if I had a congenital deformity. I lived horribly for 6 months, then had revision surgery at the same hospital and was satisfied. But after about 6-7 years, yellow pus came out from inside my nose. I thought it was a cold, but when I went to an ENT near my home, they said a material called Medpor had protruded. After that, as time passed, nasal contracture developed, my nasal tip split, and my columella collapsed. I scheduled a consultation at the hospital where I had surgery. The director said it would become like it had been before. After surgery, only my nose got bigger, and the nasal tip was still split. I left for the time being. A week later, maybe because of swelling, the split nasal tip wasn’t visible. After half a year, it wasn’t bad. After 1 year, as my nose got smaller, the nasal tip split again. After more time passed, my nose kept getting smaller. It kept drooping. My columella disappeared and became completely stuck together. They said they were putting in PCL? absorbable cartilage and ear cartilage inside, but it seems like it all completely dissolved and disappeared. This situation came just 1 year after the revision surgery, but now I’m older and tired of dealing with it, and pus wasn’t coming out; only my nose had become smaller, drooped, and disappeared, so I was just going to live with it. But now it has been 2 years, exactly approaching 3 years, and my nose is still getting smaller. At this rate it feels like my nose will disappear, so I really don’t think I can leave it. I don’t know whether I’ll have it done at that hospital or not, but first I want to consult the director and at least say one thing: if you knew it would turn out like this, why did you use cheap material because it was a revision surgery and make a person’s life, their nose, this difficult?
