I’m looking at reviews, and these days even men’s noses are too… excessively flashy, but this place somehow all seems natural.
So I’m looking into it, but no matter how natural a place is, if they use costal cartilage, even a natural-looking place will still look obvious, right???

Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
