It’s day 5 after removal, and breathing is so comfortable. Even though I haven’t had the stitches removed yet, the swelling went down quickly haha. When I see my lowered nose, it does feel empty, but I still feel relieved. It’s been a total of 10 years since I had nose surgery, and in the 5th year I had revision surgery with silicone and donated costal cartilage. When I had the revision, they said the inside nostrils were crooked and they aligned them, but actually after that my snoring got worse and I had nasal congestion. The main reason I had nose surgery in the first place was not so much height, but improving a short nose and making the nostrils less visible, and only the short nose was lengthened, while the silicone was noticeable…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
