I found a clinic that said they would do early removal, so I had it done. My natural nose was on the pretty side, so I wanted to get rid of the foreign-body sensation and go back. On day 21 after surgery, I had the septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone removed, the nasal bones widened again with a revision osteotomy, and cartilage repositioning surgery. They said I could return to my natural nose, and that if I had cartilage repositioning, it would become higher and prettier than my natural nose. In other people's eyes, is it prettier than my natural nose? It was a nose with a columella, so why does it look like there isn't one after removal? Objectively, how does it look? Is it higher than my natural nose? How are the nostrils and nasal bones?
