Is there anyone like me whose nasal tip was raised with septal cartilage and whose columella got longer..? I was stressed because my midface is long, so I asked them to make it shorter during surgery, but my columella got even longer. I’m so pissed. I wonder if it got longer because of scar tissue in the columella... but there isn’t even any scar.. Or is it because of the septal support strut? I’m so stressed. I’m going to remove it..
