I had surgery at a Gangnam hospital famous for philtrum-nose surgery, but it was my mistake to do it without even hearing the detailed principles behind philtrum-nose surgeryㅠㅠ It was a place that does flashy results, but it didn’t match me because I wanted something natural, and since this is a thread-based method, at first my philtrum protruded too much and looked unnatural, so I really regretted it. After 1 year, it became a bit more natural. But the problem was that my nose was crooked, so I went back twice because I was anxious and asked them to do revision surgery. When I asked if the director could remove it or fix it, he said he didn’t recommend removing it and that we should slightly correct the crooked part, but on the day of surgery he said he couldn’t fix the crookedness…
