At the places I consulted, donor rib cartilage came up because I said I wouldn't use autologous costal cartilage. They said donor rib cartilage and septal cartilage (if they open the septum and decide it can't be used, they said they'd use ear cartilage), and that they'd shave down the nasal side bones a bit.
