# Procedure Review
I had fat grafting before, and a lot of it had gone down, so I said I’d do it together while I was at it. It would be awkward if only my nose looked pretty and everything else clearly didn’t match ㅡㅋㅋ
When I woke up, the surgery was already over. Since they were trying to remove everything from the previous surgeries, it probably took quite a while.
My skin bruises and swells very easily, and after the nose surgery and fat grafting, there was so much blood pooled under my eyes that it looked completely swollen. But the manager removed the splint again, pressed on the blood-pooled areas, and helped drain the blood. The director also came, drained the blood for me, and put the splint back on. They said all that blood would turn into swelling the next day. I was completely moved.^^ (Actually, there wasn’t much swelling. I did bruise, though. It was amazing.)
