After nose surgery Before nose surgery It's exactly week 3. I like the side profile, but almost every day my columella is gradually coming down. Even originally, I told them my nose was long and not to make the columella long. At first, after removing the splint, it didn't droop like this in weeks 1 or 2, but can this happen by week 3? If this is happening because the swelling in the nasal bridge is going down and moving to the nasal tip and columella, then it's okay, but are there cases like mine?
