I had surgery using ear cartilage and septal cartilage without an implant, but my nasal tip and columella area are hardㅠㅠ Could it be swelling, or could it be contracture? Everyone with rhinoplasty experience, please helpㅠㅠ If you have septal extension, is it normally hard?
