Has anyone had revision rhinoplasty using rib cartilage?? I’m curious whether donor rib cartilage is mostly used or whether people use their own autologous rib cartilage. Which one maintains the nasal tip longer? I currently have ear cartilage, but my nasal tip has drooped a lot, so I want to use something with good longevity.. I heard that autologous rib cartilage gets absorbed easily
