After getting consultations at 4 plastic surgery clinics in Gangnam, clinics 1 and 4 said that because my revision nose is short, it would be impossible to lower the nasal tip and columella a lot, and that they would only know after putting me under for surgery. They said I should give up on height and focus on the nasal tip, but they did not know how it would turn out, whether it would come down or how much it would not come down, and could not guarantee it. Basically, they said I should give up for now. Clinics 2 and 3 said it would be difficult because it is short, but suggested lowering the nasal bridge by 1 and pulling the nasal tip, and said, "Let's try to match the height and the image you want as much as possible." The price is similar, but as for how much they can lower the nasal tip, what degree the nasal bridge is at, and what similar shape...
