Silicone removal, nasal tip and nasal bridge revision surgery

I had nose surgery 28 years ago with only a thin piece of silicone inserted, but I didn’t like the shape, so in 2014 I had revision surgery with silicone and ear cartilage. After 9 months, inflammation caused the silicone to break through and come out, so 1 year later I had surgery again with silicone and ear cartilage. Silicone all the way to the nasal tip. But for several years now, the bridge of my nose has hurt and turned red, and for a while the pain would come and go to the point that I wondered if my face had a fracture. Around that time, I had implants placed in both molars with a maxillary sinus lift, so I thought it was a side effect of that and focused only on dental treatment.
