I’m thinking about revision rhinoplasty, and I’m torn between ear cartilage and costal cartilage. I wonder if people end up needing a second revision with costal cartilage because they used cartilage for no reason and it lacked support, or the shape was too natural, or the nose shape went back again What does everyone else think???
