Do you have to use donor costal cartilage again for the implant/material? I had septal cartilage first, then had revision surgery with donor costal cartilage, but my nasal tip feels like it’s drooping a little, so I wanted to ask before going for a consultation... Can the previously cut material be used? I was told I didn’t have septal cartilage, so that’s why I used donor costal cartilage
