I got my first rhinoplasty at ㅅㅇㅇㅇ in Gangnam, and because I was worried about having a long nose, I didn’t get silicone inserted and only had the nasal tip done with septal cartilage Sigh, I don’t like any of it, so I’ll list it out 1. My nose used to be really soft, but the tip has become so seriously hard that I wonder if this is even right. If I flick the tip of my nose, it literally makes a “tak” sound (if the shape were at least pretty, I’d understand it being hard)
2. I said my concerns were a bulbous nose and a long nose, so they only lifted the nasolabial angle at the tip to emphasize making it look shorter. But shorter nose, my foot.. They pulled the columella down a lot, so it looks even longer, the nasolabial angle didn’t improve + the fat-looking nasal tip from the front didn’t improve at all
3. What I wanted to avoid most was the side profile looking like Pinocchio, with the tip sticking straight out, and that’s exactly what happened. I wanted the tip lifted, not for them to leave it like that and pull it straight out sideways.. When photos are taken, I look like Pinocchio, a witch nose. From the side, my nose really looks long
4. Because of issues like this, even though I didn’t get silicone, they didn’t lift the tip but pulled it straight out sideways, so the nose proportions became strange
5. A lot of scar tissue formed inside my nose.. Compared to before, boogers keep forming between the scar tissue too, so they’re hard to remove, annoying, and unpleasant..
6. There’s a musty smell inside my nose that only I can smell. I don’t know if it’s inflammation, but I think I need to go to the hospital quickly
I want to get either removal or revision as soon as possible, and if I were sure I could go back to my original nose, I’d definitely remove it. Even after doing it, it’s stressful. I’m seriously angry. I’m the stupid one for doing it ..
