Originally I was only thinking about total removal, but when I went to H, they explained why support-structure restoration is necessary, and it somehow seemed to make sense. At another hospital, SSO said either do total removal or leave the support strut, and at PRM they said to do total removal. H said I shouldn’t do only total removal, so I really don’t know what’s right. I don’t want to leave anything behind, but when I think long-term, I wonder if I need to leave something.
