After contouring 3 procedures, I keep getting DMs lol T_T

Ever since before, I had always thought my face was a bit large, and I figured losing weight would make it better, so I worked hard on dieting for a while haha My body definitely got slimmer, but strangely my face did not get as small as I expected lol. It actually felt like people’s eyes went to my face first to the point that my shoulders looked narrow, and taking photos was stressful every time T_T At first I thought it was because of facial fat, so I looked into different things and even tried Botox, but the change was not as big as I expected, and in the end I started looking into contouring. There were so many hospitals and so many different surgery methods that I really spent a long time researching lol I read a lot of reviews and compared consultation details and surgery methods, then chose the place that matched the direction I wanted best. What bothered me most was the amount of empty space on my face, and I had some cheekbone width plus a lower face that looked wide too, so I ended up deciding on all 3 contouring procedures..! At first I thought maybe cheekbones alone would be enough, but after hearing that the overall facial proportions also needed to be considered, it made sense haha In particular, contouring does not seem like a surgery where reducing as much as possible automatically makes you prettier. I wanted a face that looked smaller and had softer overall lines, not one that looked obviously shaved down. Also, each hospital had different methods for cheekbone fixation, like double fixation or triple fixation, so at first I was really confused about what was better lol I heard that triple fixation reduces sagging more, so I chose triple fixation. The original surgery process also lets a guardian monitor via webcam, but I had the surgery secretly from my mom, so I just had the operation done.. lol Right after surgery, honestly, it was not easy.... haha There was swelling and it was uncomfortable to open my mouth wide, so living normally was harder than I expected, and for a moment early on I even wondered if I had done the right thing lol Still, as the swelling went down and the lines started to show more and more, the look I wanted began to appear....!!!!! But after about a month, once the big swelling went down, I got caught by my mom I lied and said I lost the weight with dieting, but my mom sharply noticed that you cannot end up like this just from dieting lol To everyone in this community who is thinking about contouring: rather than deciding based only on a famous hospital or a specific fixation method, I hope you get a consultation in person, hear enough about what surgery your face actually needs, and then decide. I am writing this review because I am happy with the surgery now, but bone surgery is something that really needs caution, so please look into it carefully!!!!
