I had the still-popular closed rhinoplasty. Two years ago, I had nose filler and a high-co nose thread procedure, but the effect did not last long, so I decided on surgery this time. At the consultation, I said my biggest concern was my bulbous nasal tip, and the procedure focused on the nasal tip using ear cartilage through a closed approach. What I liked most was that there was no visible external incision scar, and the director explained things thoroughly without pressure haha. I had travel plans immediately after surgery, but the swelling was not as severe as expected, so I was able to cover it with makeup and go around. My nasal tip is more defined than before and the overall impression is much more refined, so I am satisfied with the result. The change is definitely greater than with procedures, so I feel I chose the clinic well. I recommend closed rhinoplasty.
