I had the consultation in the order of manager - director - manager. After the manager consultation was brief, I went in and the director explained everything in detail while looking at the CT they had taken. They explained what kind of surgery would be needed, checked the aesthetic goal I wanted, and made recommendations, but there was no excessive pressure. I also liked the line they suggested, and they seemed to recommend it while considering the overall facial asymmetry and harmony. There was no pressure to pay a deposit, and they gave me enough time to think. The manager replied quickly too, so I felt that if I did it after surgery as well, there probably would not be any major worries. Still, compared with the changes I want, nose surgery itself has a lot of things to consider, so I am thinking about it..
