Implants can cause contracture later, and implant-free surgery isn't 100% safe either (ear cartilage can droop, septal cartilage can have a saddle nose side effect), but I thought it was better than implants Instead, the nostrils look a bit longer, but it hasn't been long yet, so I guess I'll only know after the swelling goes down over a year and time passes
Also, if you raise the nasal bridge when getting nose surgery, think in advance that the nose can look longer, and straight-to-slightly-curved nose designs generally tend to be made slightly longer Keep that in mind if you don't like a nose that looks slightly long, and if the midface is short, a straight-to-slightly-curved bridge actually suits it well
