Are my nostrils pinched? Or is this just how they normally look..? My columella has been brought together so sharply, I’m seriously going crazy. And is it normal for something white to show through inside? Would the clinic do an AS for something like this too This is already a revision surgery, but I just want to remove everything.. If I get a full removal, will the nostril shape and things like that all go back? Please
