It’s been one month since I had surgery with 5 mm silicone on the nasal bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, but I keep not liking the shape, and I can see a horizontal line near the glabella, which bothers me. The foreign-body sensation from the silicone is also strong, so I’m considering removal. They said I have to wait at least 6 months, so I’m waiting, but if I do a full removal after 6 months, can I go back to my original nose before surgery? Honestly, I want to remove only the silicone and leave the nasal tip as it is, but I’m worried that doing that might make it become an upturned nose. Also, I was told my nasal bridge was lower than I thought, so I’m worried If I remove only the silicone and do cartilage repositioning at the nasal tip, would it not look like an upturned nose, maybe…
