I had surgery 10 years ago, but the nasal tip lifted, became crooked, and I couldn't breathe well through my nose, so I had revision surgery using autologous rib cartilage. But my Pinocchio nose has become so severe, and it's too high in a way that doesn't suit my image .. I've become Michael Jackson. As time passes, it doesn't get better; it gets thinner and sharper. It's pulling so much that my eyes look closer together, and my columella is pulling. I've completely become a nine-tailed fox. My image has changed, I can't meet people, and because of panic, I can't focus on work … I'm just counting the days until my revision surgery date ..
If I get revision surgery, can I lower the bridge and lower the nasal tip and make it round again ?? ..I'm anxious in case it might not be possible .. I want to go back to a gentle-looking image ..
