Breast augmentation 3-week review⭐️ Rib cage 65 / Mentor Xtra 330 cc / transaxillary incision Day of surgery - Since I suddenly had breasts where there really had been none, they felt very heavy and firm, and even when I stayed still, my whole chest throbbed. I was on the side of having quite a bit of pain. Even when I rode home by car, it hurt a lot because of the shifting whenever we went over speed bumps or turned right or left. Since it was a transaxillary incision, using my arms was uncomfortable too, so for a week there was almost nothing I could do by myself..! Day 5 to 1 week - In other reviews, people said they could all go back to daily life and even go to work starting around day 5, but for me it was hard to do all daily activities alone, and I don’t think I could have gone to work. Fortunately, I’m at home right now so I was able to rest. The pain changed from soreness to an itchy(?) tingling feeling, and at the 1-week mark I went to the hospital, had the stitches removed, and since it was okay to get water on it, I went home and slowly washed by myself. But even at 1 week, it was hard for me to pump shampoo. Week 2 - From this point, I could gradually use public transportation or drive a car, and I could do almost everything by myself. But my armpit area still hurt, so movements like raising my arms fully overhead still didn’t work well. Week 3 (current) - Now the pain and itchy feeling are completely gone, and if there is anything, it’s only a tingling feeling when I touch the areola area! I can do all daily activities, and the armpit scar seems less noticeable than I expected, but I developed eczema on the area where gauze had been placed over my armpit, and it became pigmented, so that bothers me more than the incision site.. I think everyone really needs to take good care of scars after surgery..!! As for aftercare, I visit the hospital at week 1, week 2, and 1 month in total. I don’t think the care makes it improve dramatically or anything, but it feels refreshing when I get it, and I receive it in a good mood hoping my breasts settle beautifully. As for my post-op size, right now it seems like a full C, but they say swelling keeps going down until 3 months, so I think it will get smaller, though I hope it doesn’t Still, because I created something from nothing, I’m very satisfied, but it’s really true when everyone says in reviews that they regret not going bigger.. But I was recommended to proceed with this size because it matches my rib cage, so I’m satisfied with this size too. It’s just that I still have upper fullness, and my breasts don’t come together well yet, so I think I need more time!
