I had rhinoplasty, with silicone inserted and donated costal cartilage used, but my nostrils are a bit uneven and the shape looks like an “11,” so I’m thinking about revision surgery I also want the tip to look a bit slimmer and more refined, but I was told the only way to do that is to make the nose higher, so I’m wondering if I should at least go around for hospital consultations.. Can you recommend hospitals for revision surgery for a bulbous nose??
