My first impression of the clinic was... first, it was right in the middle of Gangnam, there was a Starbucks on the first floor, and the whole building belonged to DA Plastic Surgery, so I immediately thought, ah... if something goes wrong with me at this clinic, I’ll definitely lose any lawsuit lol lol... I also saw foreign brokers while taking the elevator. Anyway, it was interesting, but the consultation went quickly. I had seen posts saying the wait was 1 or 2 hours, but there was none of that at all. I went at my reserved time, got a CT scan, waited just 10 minutes, had a consultation with the consultant, waited 3 minutes, and then met the director right away. The director was cheerful, and when I said I have a bulbous nose but wanted a glamorous nose like Shin Se-kyung’s, instead of just saying absolutely no, he kindly explained in detail what kind of approach would probably be good. But,,, unfortunately, when I heard that alar reduction would also be included, I thought, ah, I shouldn’t do it here, and cleared my mind.

But when I actually arrived at the appointment time.... they apologized and told me to wait, and in the end I only had the consultant consultation at 11..^^ They moved it up by 30 minutes and then took away my 30 minutes like this... At this point I was a little like, what is this..? But um, the consultant was kind. She understood my needs well, and what made me go a bit huh? was that they didn’t take a CT scan; the director just touched my nose a few times, used a cotton swab, and then gave an estimate. He said they would slightly shave the hump, since it was slightly deviated to the left they would do osteotomy, insert 3 mm silicone, do alar reduction, nasal tip correction, bulbous nose correction, and use donated costal cartilage and septal cartilage. I left the clinic for now, wondering whether it’s possible to reach that kind of conclusion without even taking a CT scan..?
