I booked consultations for revision rhinoplasty I’m not hoping for it to be higher; my current nose looks too awkward and I don’t like the shape, so I want to lower it again naturally. My original nose was a bit on the low side, so if I remove the silicone and only do the nasal tip, will it become too unattractive?
