Before/after From the day I had the removal surgery, the first nightmare of my life began. After surgery, thread was still left inside, and I could still see it showing through. During the surgery, the filler on my nasal bridge was dissolved and spread to the nasal tip. Even after dissolving it several times, it wouldn’t dissolve and only kept spreading, so I was worried. But they said it wouldn’t affect the second thread-removal surgery, so I thought if I had the second surgery and removed only the remaining thread, it would be okay to dissolve the filler later.
After the second surgery, my nostrils became uneven, some of the filler that had flowed down along the nasal dorsum flowed down to the nasal tip, and inflammation with pus developed, so it ultimately ended up like this. Even when I went to several hospitals, I suspected the filler inside had become fibrotic, but they said it was just scar tissue and offered to give me a steroid injection, or told me to keep getting treated at the clinic where I had the procedure/surgery. Since it’s scattered shallowly here and there, it’s hard to remove, and all the hospitals avoid it, so this is what happened. I guess there’s no skilled, responsible, trustworthy doctor for me.
