I had surgery on August 7 with septal extension and AlloDerm placed in the nasal tip, but I still feel a foreign-body sensation and heaviness. I’m wondering whether this is a foreign-body sensation and pulling caused by suturing inside the nose and the columella, or whether it’s pulling felt because of the septal cartilage. I’ve heard there are places that will remove it even at the one-month mark, so if anyone, like me, couldn’t tolerate the foreign-body sensation and had it removed at around one month, I’d really like to hear your reviews and lots of advice about removal. Please don’t just pass by; leave a comment. Please give me lots of advice

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
