When I had a CT scan elsewhere, they said my septum was relatively straight and there were no other problems. They took photos from the front, side, and below, then I went in for the consultation. After looking at the photos, they said my nose was crooked. They said that if it looked crooked from the outside, it could be even more crooked when opened up, and the septum could also be crooked. And I'd heard that it's bad to remove the hump completely (though that might not be true), but they said to remove it all and insert silicone. There were a lot of added items, so it ended up being around 6 million won, and they said with partner discounts it could go down to around 4 million. When they explained the cost, they said I would need to leave a deposit to receive the discounted price later if I decided to have the surgery.
