First of all, the front desk was unfriendly from the reservation phone call, and even when I visited, I didn’t get the impression that they were kind. Still, the director was very kind and explained things very professionally. The consultant was also very kind, and I liked that they explained rhinoplasty in advance with a video before the consultation. My expectations for the surgery are on the high side.
