From the reservation call, the front desk was unfriendly, and even after visiting I did not get the feeling that they were kind. Still, the doctor was very kind and explained things very professionally. The manager was also very kind, and I liked that they explained the nose surgery in a video before the consultation. I have fairly high expectations for the surgery.
