The hospital is neat, in black-and-white tones. During consultation, they take photos directly with a DSLR against a white background, like taking pictures at a photo studio, and then make a projected result with Photoshop based on that. If you only do the basic surgery, the estimate could probably be lower, but once you add this and that, the price is high even for a first surgery, so it makes you hesitate. If you have a lot of money, I recommend doing it here.
