It was so good, exactly because I went with high expectations The director personally took photos, edited them in Photoshop, and showed them to me with such care. Even though I didn't get a CT scan, the fact that they examined me by hand and compared silicone implants felt even more professional. I had a lot of worries because this was my first nose surgery, but I liked how they spoke while thinking about several years down the line.
