I was able to get a consultation at the right time, so I felt really glad I went. The hospital was bright and clean, and after a brief registration form, I was guided straight to the director. He spoke quietly and gently. I wanted to know first whether it was contracture. When I asked whether there might be inflammation if it was contracture, he asked why I thought it was contracture. After hearing my reason, I sat in the chair, took a few photos, then lay down for the examination. He explained using the photos he had taken and showed me photos of other contracture cases, saying it was not contracture. (I automatically said thank you with both hands clasped.) For the nose: silicone. The bridge naturally. If the tip needs to be lowered a little, use ear cartilage, and if the skin feels thin, use autologous dermis or donated dermis. I said I moved during sedation anesthesia for a gastroscopy, and he said then an anesthesiologist would come and do IV sedation anesthesia. I liked that he explained everything kindly, and he even showed me the expected post-op images. I was so glad it was not contracture. He said the surgery was not urgent and I should take my time. The manager was just average. After hearing the surgery-related explanation, I felt glad I came for a consultation.
