I went for a consultation about nose removal, and the doctor really listened to what the patient was saying. The doctor was kind, spent a long time in consultation, and examined me thoroughly. He even checked my nose while I was lying down, like an ENT doctor would. He said that if I removed it, in the worst-case scenario where my nose ended up in a state where I couldn’t just leave and go out, we would decide before surgery whether to put the silicone back in or use autologous dermis.
