Both the consultation manager and the chief doctor were extremely kind. It was my first consultation for removal, so I had a lot of worries, but all the things I was curious about were resolved. I liked that they said if a problem happens when it's opened, let's decide the materials and plan in advance. They also examined me while I was lying on the operating table and checking my condition, so I felt like I got a proper diagnosis.
