The doctor explained everything very thoroughly and kindly He is definitely meticulous and seems to perform procedures so that side effects are kept to an absolute minimum. I consulted several places, but this was the first place that even checked the ear cartilage. That alone made me trust them because they are so thorough. There weren't any big changes, and considering it's a safe procedure, the cost is high
