Completely careless. That guy’s consultation was careless, and the surgery was done carelessly too. As soon as the splint came off, I could tell nothing had really been done because the columella was asymmetric and in photos it looks sunken. I honestly suspect the doctor finished the surgery in 3 minutes. Their CCTV claim is total nonsense too. Before surgery, when I asked the manager whether the CCTV was recording, she looked at me like, "Why are you asking something like that?" and said you’re not supposed to ask on the day of surgery. Their surgical method also can’t produce a good result. Their method is to crush cartilage and graft it in, but once it’s crushed, it gets absorbed faster and you get to experience the magic of your nose going back to the way it was. When I asked about revision because I didn’t like my nose, maybe because it was annoying, they said the consultation with the director could only be scheduled one or two months later, almost like a university hospital. They said they’d contact me again through the manager, but I never got a single call. Aftercare is the worst too. I really wish this director wouldn’t pick up a scalpel if they’re going to operate so carelessly. I went through the hardship of a revision surgery, and this is the kind of nose I get? I’m so upset. (I’m not exactly sure of the surgery price. Since this was a revision, it was cheap, and because of reimbursement I didn’t pay much for the surgery.)
