I went to get a nose consultation a while back. I ended up not getting it done, but they took a CT scan and showed me everything, and that's how I found out my septum was bent. The reason I didn't do it was because it was an ENT clinic, not a plastic surgery clinic, so I was worried they might not have an aesthetic sense. It seems like it's a 50-50 chance of success.

As others said, the doctor did seem a little sleepy, but I think that's just his usual style, and the coordinator is extremely kind. I liked that they seem to pursue a natural look, but I'm still thinking it over.
