A place I applied for a consultation after hearing that a friend's boyfriend's friend had surgery here last year and was extremely satisfied. I saw the photos, and for a man's nose, the improvement was incredibly natural and well done. First of all, the doctor's consultation was held in the ENT exam room, which felt fresh lol. I sat in the ENT chair, had a camera inserted into my nose, and was examined. Since that procedure doesn't exist in plastic surgery clinics, I thought, as expected, ENT specialists are different. I debated whether to give the doctor friendliness a 3 or a 4, and just went with 4. I consulted with Dr. ㅇㅅㅎ, and he wasn't rude or anything. His voice was loud, his pronunciation was very clear, but somehow he felt like an emotionless machine? lol. That said, he didn't seem like the type who was annoyed by me either, and he answered everything I asked honestly and straightforwardly (when I asked if side effects could happen, he just said of course they could.. lol). Since he is clearly an ENT specialist, he immediately noticed functional problems and explained how to improve them, and the surgical approach also clearly prioritized safety over aesthetics. It seemed like his stance was that he couldn't sacrifice functional stability for cosmetic perfection. If you have very severe functional issues like rhinitis and want surgery to improve your quality of life, and while you're opening the nose anyway you want to touch up the shortcomings a little, then choosing here for safety could be a good option. But I do have some functional issues with my nose, and they aren't bad enough to bother me in daily life either, and I want a result that's more of a 'pretty natural' look rather than something overly natural, so... I decided to pass.
