The director was quite firm and clearly said what could and could not be done, which I really liked. It was my last consultation, and at the hospitals before this, they were like, “Here are the options, choose one,” but here the doctor seemed to decide things, which I personally preferred. However, when I visited, the manager had stepped out, so I couldn’t have the manager consultation at all and couldn’t look at before-and-after photos, which is lingering with me.
