During the consultation, seeing them take out the mirror, cotton swabs, and sterilized patches made it seem like they really pay attention to hygiene. While consulting, they showed me CT images and explained the condition of my cartilage and the size of my septum, and told me which cartilage would be best to use, which I liked.
