I had a wide-nose rhinoplasty 9 years ago, and I wonder if that was the peak of my life. They made it suit my image so well, and raised it to an appropriate height for my nose without making it look overly artificial, so people didn’t even know I had surgery unless I said so. Later I got greedy... they said they couldn’t raise it any further, but I went to another hospital and had it raised anyway, and in the end I got complications. I regret it and want to go back for a revision consultation..
