The waiting time was short, but the consultation time was long, and it was nice that they looked at the silicone shape and feel and asked in detail about the look I wanted, so I could talk comfortably. They also made several different sketches, so in terms of consultation it was very good. But the price is too expensive, and it's a bit hard to find reviews, which is a shame.
