First of all, the director and the manager were kinder than at any other clinic. The manager really advised me like an older sister. The director has 15 years of experience and explained things so thoroughly that I almost wondered why they didn't charge a consultation fee...? But the director's aesthetic doesn't feel 100% identical to mine. Still, I really got the feeling that they would do it safely.
